3. Services & Memberships

All services are provided with reasonable care and skill but are subject to your timely cooperation and the provision of accurate information.

4. User Accounts

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. For recurring memberships, charges will occur automatically on the agreed schedule unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our services. If you're not satisfied with a purchase (excluding digital downloads already accessed), you may request a 100% refund within 14 days of your order.

To initiate a refund, email support@shapetric.com with your order details. Refunds are processed via your original payment method.

Please note: Refunds do not apply to services already rendered in full or digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to designs, graphics, code, digital assets, templates, and branding — is the property of Shapetric or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By submitting materials (e.g., logos, scripts, images), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

You confirm that you have the legal right to use and share any content you upload.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and operate in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect and process the following personal data:

• Name, email address, billing address

• Payment data (processed securely via Stripe or PayPal)

• Login information (username, password)

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
